A little about me,
I grew up in Long Island NY, just a half-hour train ride from new york city. My hometown was a vibrant community that valued education and the arts. I feel very lucky to have been involved in an amazing high school theatre program, with full-time faculty that helped shape more than just appreciation of theatre but in art, and in the art of seeing things.
In high school, I became enamored with photography and took a majority of photos for my high school yearbook and the school newspaper. More for fun, and as a hobby, though. I brought my camera with me to college, but it got stolen shortly after arriving.
After four years of college in Scranton, PA I moved to NYC where I drank, bartended, performed stand-up comedy, and lived the life of the starving artist. They tell me I had a great time.
I left that life and started working full-time in IT. When in 2008 I met the love of my life, who handed me a camera, eXplored the city with me, and reignited my passion for photography. Eventually, I moved up to Boston to get married and live.
Never looking back. I am serious about my art, but try to bring whimsy and fun to everything I do.
